The way to a healthy life.

Breakfast - eat like a king/queen.
Lunch - eat like a commoner.
Dinner - eat like a beggar.

Exercise 30 minutes everyday.

Walk to school/work if you're just near.

Have discipline.

And have a very positive attitude. :)

Another resolution to make..

These past few days, I noticed that I'm not getting enough sleep. Trivia: According to recent studies, complete sleep is 6.5 to 7.5 hours? More or less threatens the health.

I just sleep for 5 or 6 hours. I think I must change this mentality. So I promise to go to bed on 10 PM. And when I say it, I do it. (Sometimes. Haha)

Sleep early too! :) It's priceless.

"Early to bed, and early to rise, makes a man healthy and wise!"

And that concludes DAY 1. :D

Uhmmm. How could I start this?

We already started on our 10-day training at PhilHealth CARES, and I think that this day is full of facts - I just can't get them all on my head. Entirely boring day. However, I think that other days will be better. :)

And now for the I.T. period, there will be no downloading of files while on duty, and is punishable by dismissal. T_T

But I think updating a blog isn't bad, is it?

Have a happy day. :D

Bleep! Sherlock Holmes - A Game of Shadows

Well, I know that I am not very good at making movie reviews, but I just watched this movie, and what can I say? It's definitely awesome. Good cinematography, good theme, good story, what more can you ask for?

As a fan of House, MD, I would like to recommend this to you, as this movie shows how awesome Holmes is, as well as his friend, Dr. Watson, and as the movie goes, you'll see the resemblance between House and Holmes, and Wilson and Watson. (Names almost the same, I guess?)

Score: 9.5/10 (Yay!!)

Aside from some boring moments (just some, maybe minute), I think that this is a very good movie to watch.

About employment and the famous "Backer System"

Well, we are certainly familiar with what they call the "backer system" or the "Padrino system", in which the person gets the job because he/she has the relative in the company being applied to.

I am one of those people who wanted to combat this kind of attitude, not only in the Philippines, but also in the whole world. We might not see this in other countries, but still, this thing exists in every part of the globe, not just as evident as in this country.
